DTA were appointed by Peel Logistics Property to provide transport advice in relation to proposals for the redevelopment of land off Shepcote Lane in Sheffield to provide circa 77,500sqm of B1c, B2 and B8 employment use. Detailed discussions and negotiations were held with both Sheffield City Council as the local highway authority and Highways England to agree the scope of assessment, traffic impact and an appropriate mitigation strategy. Planning permission for the scheme was granted in July 2018.
