DTA were instructed by Catesby Estates PLC to provide transport and highways support for a proposed residential development for up to 130 dwellings on Land off Waldingfield Road, Sudbury. The site formed part of a larger allocation for residential, employment and education uses, however, an assessment was required to ensure access to the site could be achieved without being dependant on the wider allocation. Therefore, through detailed discussions with the Local Highway Authority access was agreed with sustainable linkages through into the wider allocation secured.
