In 2017, David Tucker Associates was approached to review the transport implications of 2 new dwellings on land off Wawensmere Road, Wootton Wawen.

Access to the new dwelling is to be via the creation of a new private drive access into Wawensmere Road to the south of the site. The selection of the access point posed a challenge due to the steep embankments on the roadside and the gradient of the land on-site. The application was approved in May 2018.
